All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Project Kalakaari and Project Srijan products are shipped separately and shipping charges apply for the two product categories separately.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We ship our products to all major cities and towns in India serviceable by logistics service providers such as India Post, XpressBees, FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, and WeFast. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in INR at checkout. If there is a special request for expedited delivery, contact us to arrange for the same. Estimated delivery dates will be provided once your tracking number has been activated.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed and another e-mail containing your tracking number once the order has shipped. You will receive a tracking number on e-mail once your items have been shipped.
We ship products under Project Kalakaari globally unless where our shipping partners may be unable to deliver. We ship products under Project Srijan within India only. We do not provide estimates of any duty, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of India as these are specific to each destination country. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
